It’s Friday so I had to kick things off right with an early morning run by the lake. Easy, short lived, shake out the legs little jaunt in preparation for Sunday’s marathon.
Yesterday was a complete rest day so this morning I was itching to get outside and just get some fresh air and some circulation in these legs of mine.
My favorites for the week-
-Compression socks under my work clothes. I am wearing the pink ones this morning and they feel oh so good. Happy legs and feet all day long.
-Teaching a power packed spin class full of hard working students. The energy in my classes this week was just electrifying. Get in where you fit in and grab that cycle pass early.
-Chia seeds. I am bringing the chia seed love back. I have a big bag of ’em at my desk in my office…oh and can I just say oatmeal with pb, honey, and some chia seeds sprinkled on top? Heaven.
-New discovery this week- brownie mix and plain nonfat greek yogurt…and that’s it. No eggs or oil needed peeps. Plus you get to eat the batter, and we all know that’s the best part. I made them into little brownie-fied muffins.
-These maxi skirts…want one in every color. And they’re only $11…get ’em while they’re hot.
-This BEP crazy remix. I love all crazy remixes I find on youtube. Seriously, just start clicking and you’ll find some good ones too.
Oh, off to go run another marathon. See you on the other side of 26.2!
