Tracks on Deck Thursday- Spin Cycle Playlist.

It’s Thursday…and you know that means happy hour cycle classes over at 24 Hour Fitness! Here’s some tracks I have on deck for tonight.
Try Again- Aaliyah: Jumps, working up to level 7 resistance
2 Reasons- Trey Songz: 7-8 resistance, double time at the chorus
Fancy Footwork-Chromeo: Hill climb, all the way to level 9
I Like It- Enrique Iglesias: Flat road, working up to 7, jumps out of saddle
Lose My Breath-Destiny’s Child: Accelerations (15 seconds on/15 seconds off, working on that leg turnover)
Ball- T.I./Lil Wayne: 7-8 resistance, keeping up with the pace of the song
Beautiful World- Tiesto: Level 6-7 (I got this song from this FIERCE lady! Thanks girl)
Move That Body- Nelly: Rolling hills/jumps
Makes Me Wonder- Maroon 5: Flat road, working back up a level 10 hill
Any new songs or remixes I should add to the list?
I am loving Baltimore club remixes right now.

  1. I just jammed out to I like it! I like all the music my fitness instructor plays. He’s got a cool remix of oom bop by Hanson with a rap song. I’ll have to find it and send it your way! Also he plays tootsie roll and that always gets me pumping! Oldies but goodies 🙂

  2. Feel So close = one of my faves right now!!

I’m also loving The Wind by Zac Brown Band. I mean, it’s a little bit different from all the tracks you listed…but for a Texas girl like me, it’s just perfect to fuel my runs!
