This morning’s workout- 1 hour of Bodypump followed by 3 miles on the treadmill. Rolled out of bed this morning and squeaked into class right at 5:45 am. I have bible study tonight with my church group so I knew it all had to be done this morning. Felt good to bust it out and shock the body by doing something different.
The instructor who teaches the class is this super spunky chick who is seriously ripped and jacked…AND she just had a baby not too long ago. I need whatever mojo she’s sippin’ on.
I sported my Chitown marathon pullover nike top from 10.10.10. Good memories right there. My very first 26.2.
We did a lot of moves that I hadn’t done in a while and my favorite one is always the clean and press with the barbell & weights. Definitely plan on throwing in more BP into my usual workout routine.
Oh and it wouldn’t be a great workout without refueling with some green power juice afterwards. Lotsa spinach added for good measure.
I am thinking I should get my hands on this tank top…it would definitely motivate me to take more BP classes and get my lift on.
