Happy Friday Eve!
This morning I was scheduled to run with some of my breakfast club buds but I woke up to thunder and lightning. No bueno! I knew I needed to take it inside so I decided to burn some rubber on the treadmill. It has been a minute since I’ve been on the hamster wheel but I decided today would be the day. 6 miles while watching an old episode of Sex and the City on E.
It was actually nice to get off of the pavement today and change things up since I’m mostly an outdoor runner. I do love my apartment gym because of the cable tvs at every treadmill so I can catch up with all of my favorite shows. I washed it all down with some yoga stretching and a few sets of planks and pushups.
Oh and this song had me flying on that treadmill. I always feel hardcore when I listen to it. Perhaps it’s time to put it on the spin playlist.

Tonight I’m teaching my last class for the week, tomorrow is a REST DAY, then Saturday I’ll be long running it!
