Morning workout – easy 3 mile shakeout on the treadmill, followed by a strength training session – arms, abs, and squats. Loving getting my lift on lately. I have been finding all kinds of workouts on Pinterest that I want to try.
Is it too early to start drinking holiday tea? My favorite is this Gingerbread Spice one I found on sale at the store and it makes my heart happy. And makes my office smell like dessert. Next thing you know I’ll be putting up the Christmas tree before Thanksgiving.
I am looking forward to Halloween though. If it doesn’t rain (we have some storms rolling in this week) I’m hoping to make it to the Thursday Night Social Run for a super fun jaunt with the crew. Just like old times.
Excited to have a free night off from teaching spin to run in my flapper costume! Should be interesting. Hopefully my feathers stay on.
