Post spin class early bird smoothie…frozen strawberries, banana, coconut almond milk and loads of spinach. It has been a while since I’ve had my mean green juice but I think I may just be bringing these back into the picture.
Oh and I finally tried a Quest bar that I actually liked- they had this flavor at my gym this morning so I grabbed one to give it a try. So good especially warmed up a bit in the microwave.
