Daily dose of endorphins this morning before a busy work day…a quick NTC circuit followed by 4 miles on the ‘mill. I always love me some treadmill running when I just want to run fast and don’t feel like thinking. Just knock it right on out!
Move of the day..definitely the split jumps. I think I had a little bit too much fun with those.
Repeat the set 3x or more if you want it to last a little longer. I used weights and also did core work during the 30 second recovery…planks and full extensions.
Hopped on the ‘mill afterwards feeling good and warmed up. 4 miles – 8:11 pace. I am loving cranking up the speed to 10 in the last half mile or so. Not sure what got into me but I was trying to get it done in under 33 minutes so I could hurry up and hot tail it to work.
Tonight I’m teaching my last spin class of the week…then this weekend I’m running the Jog’r Egg Nog’r 15K! It will be my 4th year straight running this race. I’m super excited to race and then drink some spiked egg nog at the end.
