My Therapy Lately.

-A steamy cup of coffee on a chilly morning.

-Kind and encouraging words from good friends.
 
-Teaching a jam packed spin class that leaves the mirrors foggy.

-A rejuvenating scent…eucalyptus.

  1. Love the sunrise photo! My therapy has been reminding myself of all that I have to be grateful for — AND lifting at the gym! 🙂

  2. Finding zen in everyday life. Loving it. Dance has been my therapy lately. Physically and mentally. Stretching out all the aches and pains, and building new muscles, and then just getting within myself and dancing it all out.
