Quite possibly the best way to start Valentine’s Day…with a delicious 10 mile run. Watching this beautiful sunrise.
I confess…I have this thing with going just over the mile marker…like it’s an obsession. Not sure why.
I had some cherry lime roctane gu before setting out on my run and it was a great little boost. Just what I needed to keep going. Although I love sleeping in sometimes it just feels so good to get a long run done before 8 am. And before the workday. So productive.

-Has anyone been watching the olympics? I have only seen a few minutes of it but my absolute favorite event would have to be ice skating. And um, if all of the figure skaters could do their routines to Beyonce….that would pretty much be perfect.
-Zico, I’m in love with you. I need to get to a Costco so I can buy a lifetime supply of this stuff. Forget what you heard about chocolate milk. Coconut water is for sure the best drink to have post run.
–Spin class is like a night club only better. EXACTLY. I’ve been trying to tell ya’ll this.
–This video. Whoa Shakira and Rihanna. I don’t even know how to feel. I’m kind of loving it. I think I listen to that song at least 3 times a day.
-Playing with different eyeshadow looks this week trying to give myself a little update. Makeup can be fun.
