I have to tell you that I had the most wonderful post marathon massage yesterday. Worked all the kinks out. Then I came home and lit this Christmas candle – it’s called Tis the Season. I have a confession to make- I am absolutely obsessed with Bath and Body Works candles. Like I will burn the giant ones all day long and they will be done in about a week. I’m pretty sure they are supposed to last at least a month or so. Ha.
And then this arrived in my email inbox – like Christmas morning. You know I was too excited and have already purchased my pink Maniac swag along with a matching headband.
I’m just a baby Maniac though at the bronze level haha. I guess I need to step it up just a bit.
Here’s yet another recipe that can be made quick and in a flash! I love tilapia because it’s probably the easiest fish out there to make. It’s such a great protein packed meal and tastes good with just about any side dish. My favorite thing to eat fish without a doubt would be brussels sprouts! These petite ones are my fave.
Here’s what you need for the tilapia:
Garlic salt/pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Lightly coat the fish in olive oil. Sprinkle salt/pepper to taste. Mix the breadcrumbs and parm together in a separate bowl. Coat the fish in the breadcrumbs and place on foil. Bake in the oven on 400 for 25 minutes until crispy.
And there you have it!
Do you have a yummy recipe for tilapia? What’s the name of your favorite candle?
