I made my comeback to Nike Training Club workouts this morning. If you don’t have this app, seriously what are you waiting for? It’s like the gym and a personal trainer all on your phone. This morning I did the Flex Machine workout. Lots of plank rows, squats, one legged deadlifts and any other craziness you can think of. I had a rest day yesterday (and much needed after Sunday) so that helped put a little bit more pep in my step.
Move of the day was definitely these flutter kicks. So good for the core and gets me every time.
