It’s one of my favorite days of the work week…spin Wednesday! Tonight I teach my happy hour spinners and I’m bringing along a fun playlist to keep those legs going.

There are so many benefits to taking a cycle class…not only does it torch calories in a short amount of time, but it’s an excellent form of cross training to go along with running. It’s a great way to compliment your training! I am so thankful for some cycle in my life.
