One Thing and Weds Spin Playlist.

One thing I need to make me happy at work…french press filled with a nice Italian roast. Coffee = love.

Speaking of love…I have a little spin playlist love to deliver to you today. I subbed a class last night at my Irving gym and it was a little too much fun. We may have danced on the bike to this song. Just maybe. I like to mix it up.

Let’s get to the tracks this week!

  1. I am definitely a fan of the French press. I’m going through a chemex phase right now though – it also makes for a nice strong brew!

  2. mmmmm French press! songs: loving “Latch,” Sam Smith just kills it, THAT VOICE! also “Rude” by Magic! is the song of the summer here in NYC…at least in my lil group. 🙂

  3. Okay…I’ve got the French Press out for tomorrow AM, I forget I have it! A couple new ones that I used tonight: Up All Night and All About That Bass! I need to get Latch on one of my next playlists.

  4. I know I’ve said this a million times, so let’s make it a million + 1 times, but if I ever make it down to TX I’m SO coming to one of your spin classes. It sounds like SO much fun. I actually have a dear friend that lives in the Dallas area that I’d love to go down and visit one day, just finances right now aren’t in the cards to be able to do that.
