I figured today would be a good day for this…well actually I am a believer in doing something for just YOU, every day! Whether it’s a pedicure, massage, taking a break from your crazy routine for a run…just something to make yourself feel good so you can be good to others. Frankly…life’s too short not to. -I’ve been treating myself to lots of RUNrises lately. This morning it was a 10K in my ‘hood. By the way this one is my favorite hashtags right now. #runrise
-Lots of time with fun friends. These girls make me laugh always. Great times last night celebrating Angela’s birthday.
-Getting a manicure. I should probably switch it up here at some point. But I will always and forever have a place in my heart for the fresh mani.
-Lavender tea from this place. If anyone asks Asian iced tea is the best. With lots of boba.
-Some yoga in my living room. These are some of my favorite post run stretches.
