Last night after doing a 10K run earlier in the day I did something new and went over to a new gym with a coworker. Camp Hero in Southlake. It’s basically a huge warehouse filled with all kinds of heavy things. A weight lifting playground of sorts.
We did a rockin workout and my coworker’s trainer took us through a hardcore upper body circuit. Oh and I did my very first few rounds of assisted pull ups! Like a boss. I was super intimidated but now it’s my favorite.
