What’s In Your Coffee Cup.

I was up and at ’em for 10 easy miles this morning soaking up a little bit of sunrise. It was much needed brainstorming and thinking time enjoying the reflection off of the lake.

I am starting to love these long-ish runs in the middle of the week. Part of me thinks I really need it…just working out things in my monkey mind and taking all of my worries out on the road. My time with God, if you will. Then when I get to work…I’m calm and easy breezy.

I don’t have much today other than what I discovered on the internets. I’m always finding new gems. Check out this new take on getting a cup of coffee.

What’s in your coffee cup this morning?

Black java!

  1. Did you take that picture chica?? It’s an amazing view, seriously!!! And what in my cup of coffee this morning hmmm. A shot of “confidence restored” after a solid 7 mile tempo run this morning. My wounded running ego is slowly healing. I’m feeling like my old running self again circa 2012 🙂

  2. Wow, what an amazing picture!!! Such a beautiful view and awesome job on your 10 miles!! I love how you said, “I’m calm and easy breezy.” Such beautiful, powerful words!! XOXO!!

  3. Loving that runrise photo! The little ripples in the water really make the photo great. I did a lot of mid-week medium-long runs while preparing for my first marathon and I really loved them. (Didn’t totally love losing a little extra sleep, but that’s another story.) Green Mountain Pumpkin coffee has been in my cup every morning for the past few weeks!
