Last night I subbed a spin class…it was a lot of fun and mostly involved the class laughing at me while I danced around the room. Ahh, I love being an instructor.
Then I went home and thankfully I live about 5 minutes away from this particular gym (I don’t normally teach at this one). I pulled into the parking garage and these green babies fell out. Yes, those would be the members’ bike passes that I accidentally took home. Oops.
So I had to turn right back around and bring them back. Yes, I thought about keeping them for a split second. I mean, they could just print out new ones, right? Right. Anyway.
This morning I was back at my apartment gym for a run. This is a recovery week (after a stellar high mileage week last week, pat on the back) so I’m focusing more on quality over quantity. I did a few speed intervals, and then hopped off for some squats, planks and upper body work.
