I was loving the peace and solitude of this morning’s run + some yoga. 8 easy miles, enjoying a little breeze even though it was mostly warm. It was definitely a good run though. I needed the quiet time.
Afterwards I did some planks and hip openers in my living room. If you’re busy busy on the go I definitely recommend you try this out. It was a nice cleanse to get my day going especially after a good run..and my body definitely needed it. Sometimes I forget how much I love the challenge of yoga any how happy it makes my body (and mind) feel.
I’m a little strapped for time but I read a devotional that really encouraged me…let love be your ‘go-to outfit’ today.
