7 miles this morning with the loveliest fall backdrop and the sun peeping through the trees. Legs were feeling good and ready to go this morning even after my long run.
This week I’m going to focus on shorter runs and really try to get some quality strength training in. Hey…I may even make a comeback to Bodypump soon. Say what?! It has been far too long since I’ve been to that class but I’ve been good at getting strength training in at least twice a week along with running and everything else.
Let’s switch gears and talk recipes a bit! This is one of my favorites for this time of year. I don’t know about you but there’s just something about making a hearty, healthy soup that warms up your soul. I hope you enjoy this one! If you’re a vegetarian this one is equally as good without turkey.
