TGIFriday Faves.

Happiest of Fridays to you! Early morning at the office over here. Thankfully I’ve got my good companion, coffee by my side to keep me happy. Grande dark roast for the win.

Let’s get to my faves this week!

-I have been doing lots of Yoga with my girl Adriene. Definitely check out her youtube channel and subscribe. She’s magnificent and witty to boot.

T.I. reading your mom’s texts is surprisingly adorable. Haha, really though. I love me some Jimmy Kimmel.

-Gorgeous views on the run this week. I have been loving 70 degree temps for my lunchtime runs (as opposed to 90). Thank you Texas.

Frankie’s meet-ups with my mama. Plus this place is awesome with the bottles on the ceiling.

Ms Fit Runner’s recap on qualifying for the Olympic Trials…talk about motivational. I like hearing how the elite runners tick and what goes on in their heads. Read it and I promise you’ll go run right now.

25 reasons to be a thankful runner. Number 17 all the way.

And that is it, my friends! Have a fabulous weekend!

What are you loving this week?

  1. I am so envious of your lunchtime runs! The thought of trying to get back into slacks and heels right after a run is a pretty strong deterrent, but it is always a wonderful thought.

  2. Twirlllll into the weekend. LOL! I didn’t get my starbucks this morning and I needed it so I made my own little keurig concoction. This weekend I am going to my company BBQ, and I plan on seeing some man friends and hang out with my sis n law. Oh and get my breaks done.

  3. Definitely a gorgeous running view. And, 70s sounds super nice!!!
That last one on the list of 25 reasons to be a thankful runner – I hate when people say I jog. Last night we were at our neighbors for a fall party and a friend said something about me being a jogger. Of course, I had to say that I didn’t jog I ran.
