Welcome to Friday! The arrival of this day kind of has me doing a twirl like this.

I’ve got some fun things up my sleeve so it should be a good weekend.

Let’s get to my faves this week!

-A double espresso break from Redefined Coffee House. Love this place…lots of cozy seats to get your work done while you sip your java.


Awesome tips for cold weather running. I know some of you deal with some serious winter weather so this would surely be helpful.
Adriene’s post run yoga stretches. I did this last night after running/teaching a spin class and I have to tell you my body feels amazing today.
26 things no one tells you about running. Number 1, 5, 7, 8, and definitely 14.
Roasted pumpkin sage soup. I want to make this simply because it’s so pretty in that cutie pie little pumpkin.


-The fact that Vanderpump Rules is back! You have no idea how happy this makes my reality show loving heart.

  2. Happy Fridayyy!! I’m loving the fact that it’s 7pm and I’m curled up in bed aft just biking home in 35 degrees from work- yikes. Also loving being a grad student again and dorking out on school work. 🙂 have a fab wknd!
