Last night I hit up Bodypump at the gym…I have to say teaching spin there and having a free membership does have its perks because I can take advantage of the classes. Very thankful for that.
I was a great workout and the instructor switched up some of the moves this time. Lots of upper body and the squats were tough. My tushy was absolutely feeling it at the end. I think that may have had something to do with my run earlier in the day.
