This was just about the only thing to get me up and out the door this morning. Just a few miles soaking up the sun and enjoying the moment. Being in the present…yeah not so good at that. But I’m working on it.
After the run I did a quick strength/core workout in my living room that went a little like this. Repeat the set 4x w/ weights.
Switching gears a bit…I have a quick and easy Coconut Almond Green smoothie you can whip up to get you going for the work day! I was excited to bust out my fancy travel blender. Just blend, pop it out and go. Works for me.
Here’s what you need-
-1 cup spinach
-Handful frozen strawberries and/or bananas (I used both)
-1/2 cup coconut almond milk (I used Almond Breeze)
Blend and serve! Top with more strawberries or shredded coconut and enjoy!
