I thought I would show you a quick snapshot from my run this morning. Just taking in the sights and sounds around me. Pretty flowers are popping up everywhere around these parts. Hashtag I love springtime.
Today I’ve got another quick post run smoothie to cool you off from your workout! My cherry spinach smoothie. Here’s what you’ll need.
1 1/2 cups of fresh spinach
1/2 cup of dark sweet cherries, frozen (it makes the smoothie ice cold)
1 cup of cashew or almond milk
Blend and serve! Oh and definitely get you a bag of dark sweet cherries from Sprouts. Oh so delicious.
