TGIFriday Faves.

Well hello there! Hope you are having an excellent Friday. This weekend is already shaping up to be a busy one! I’ll be teaching spin at a brand new facility, and also trying to squeeze in a long run. Who’s with me?

Let’s get to this week’s faves!

-Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute. This stuff is awesome sprinkled on just about everything. And best of all it’s salt free so I’m not sure what they put in there other than magic.

The 75 song ultimate late 2000s playlist. Makes me want to dance all night long.

-Leopard shorts for running? Someone tell me please where I snag these.

-A little sushi for lunch this week. Central Market is the best.

These foam roller exercises will help keep you on the road. Love me some foam rolling action. Hurts so good.

32 life questions that should plague humanity. Truth!

-And last but not least some red wine time on my patio last night. Patios, wine and people watching go hand in hand.

That’s all for now!

What are you up to this weekend? Is anyone rocking a race?

  1. TGIF all the way from Grand Rapids, MI! I like your Favorites this Friday…next time you get your bottle of red wine out, add two shots of it to a margarita and you’ll have a SANGARITA! I’m looking forward to a wknd in CHICAGO…and my first SoulCycle class…have you been yet?

  2. Happy Friday! That little eBib… hehehe!

I’m going to have to get that seasoning. And people-watching with win on the patio sounds like heaven!

And, was that sarcasm or do you really love to foam roll? 😉

No races this weekend, just some beach-time fun!

  3. My favorite local 5K is this week. It starts and finishes at our local minor league baseball stadium. for the finish you come in by the right field foul pole, run across the field with the finish line being home plate. The local baseball team and other runners are out on the field to cheer you to the finish. Afterwards a local seafood company feeds you a shrimp and grits buffet (with adult beverages) just before the awards ceremony. Afterwards all the participants get free seats together to watch the baseball game. Its quite a deal for a 5K!
