My playlists are nearly always techno and house mixes. It gets me in the zone lol… Currently I’m listening to Eric Prydz and Dusky sets.. They seem to have a good tempo for my long runs..
Nice! Yeah I run & teach my classes to a lot of the same music. High energy tracks are absolutely the best!!!

wow i don’t know quite a few of those! i think i’m out of the loop on hip hop…i don’t listen to the radio (no car in NYC!) so most of my music is more indie or dancey-rock. loving this band from BK who are originally from my hometown, called Great Good Fine Ok — so catchy!
