I have to dance in the office to get through the day. It’s therapeutic. And yes, I share an office with several other people. No shame.

  1. Hey!!! Just a question bc im trying to envision your climbs… when you have climb 5/6/7 or 8/9/10 what does that mean?

    1. No problem I welcome questions anytime! Are you an instructor? So on a scale from 0-10, Zero means nothing, no resistance. Zilch. Nada. Turn the knob like you would a lightbulb 5 times. That would be your flat road. Just enough resistance to feel it but nothing too heavy. From there, keep turning right. 5,6,7 is a climb going up a hill. Then 8,9,10 you are almost to the top! 10 is the top of the hill. Make sense? Hope that helped you! Seriously ask me questions about spin anytime! I teach a lot and enjoy answering them!

      1. Oh ok. So yes I am a instructor I just don’t design my climbs with that method but it makes a lot of sense. I teach at two gyms and the bikes are totally different. One has a knob and the other is a handle that you push up or down. Thank you so much for explaining! I appreciate it

      2. Oh okay. Wow, yeah I work with Schwinn bikes and was trained under Schwinn. Every instructor has their own style though that’s just how I was taught and have been taking classes for years that teach that way. Thanks for visiting and enjoy your classes!
