Happy Monday! Hope your week is getting off to a great start. I’m here to review last week’s running workouts! I was able to get in just over 80 miles of running last week. Feeling good feeling great! Let’s see how it all went down.
Monday AM- 8.32 relaxed early miles before a busy day. Things were starting to cool off just a bit last week. Finally, fall running weather. I just love it.
Monday PM- Quick 4.03 miles before the gym. Just getting the legs warmed up again before teaching a class. You’d be surprised at what a difference it makes.
Tuesday AM- 8.62 early miles with the Irving Running Club early crew. Love this crazy group of people.
Tuesday PM- 3.32 miles just killing time before teaching yet another class. Felt good to run with the sunshine again.
Wednesday AM- 8.13 miles in the morning. I was clearly feeling the number 8 for the morning runs. Just call me butter because I’m on a roll (best joke ever, go ahead laugh, you want to)
Wednesday PM- 3.21 miles after work, 7:37 pace. As it gets cooler I’m definitely planning on throwing in more strides and tempo runs. Felt good to feel good running 7 minute miles again.
Thursday AM- 11.32 miles back with the run club. I started early and then joined the group for the rest of the miles. Love getting double digit runs in during the work week so early in the a.m.
Thursday PM- 3.33 miles in the afternoon, pretty uneventful. I did a little bit of people watching in the park before the gym.
Friday- REST DAY
Saturday- 18.05 miles with the White Rock Running Co-Op. I loved running with this group! They have quite a few folks in their club that have run Boston MANY times, so I enjoyed picking their brains a bit while we got some miles in.
Sunday- 12.12 Sunday miles after sleeping in. Oh yes, the sleeping in part was oh so glorious.
