Hey there! Hope your weekend was quite marvelous! It was a LONG, luxurious one for yours truly. I also was able to get in 62.9 miles of running last week!
Let’s recap! And see how all of the running went down.
Monday- 5.11 sunset miles. The beginning of the week has been rough for me lately to get into the running groove. I will say it has been good to break out of the norm and practice running at different times of the day. This was a relaxed run too recovering from a weekend of lots of miles.
Tuesday AM- 7.22 miles in the straight up rain! It was crazy pouring in the beginning but then towards the end it completely stopped. Love random Texas weather.
Tuesday PM- 2.23 miles after teaching spin. Again watched a gorgeous sunset. Felt good to get back to some double digit miles once again.
Wednesday AM- 7.12 miles with the breakfast run club. With a lovely sky.
Wednesday PM- More double run day miles. 3.02 miles complete and just over 10 total.
Thursday- 8.13 miles solo early in the A.M. My run club was out there- but I did my own little route. Playing Dora the Explorer for sure.
Friday- 18.02 miles! Time on my feet kind of run. Starting to feel a little stronger after the Habanero 50k with the longer miles.
Saturday- 12.02 miles with the Co-Op! Before a whirlwind of a weekend with friends, good food. FUN.
Sunday- REST DAY. And SUSHI. Simply heaven. That cucumber Philly roll was absolutely everything.
