Happy Monday and HAPPY FIRST DAY OF FALL! I’m here to recap some running from last week. I was able to get in just over 70 miles and feeling good and revved up for some upcoming races! Let’s recap and see how it all went down.
Monday- 5.12 sunset miles getting back into the groove. Last week I enjoyed changing up a few days with running at different times of the day. Perfect time of the day too for some people watching.
Tuesday AM- Back to running a few hills with the run club then added some miles at the end. 8.21 miles done.
Tuesday PM- 2.22 miles at teaching spin cycle class at the gym. Nice little cool down to end the day.
Wednesday AM- 7.32 miles on hump day with a friend catching up on life and such.
Wednesday PM- 3.33 miles with strides thrown in at the end. Over 10 miles total for double run day.
Thursday AM- 5.12 miles. Legs were tired on this day.
Thursday PM- Squeezed in some lunch miles to get out of the office. 3.02 miles, wash up and head back to work.
Friday- 10.01 miles done with a friend and some rolling hills. Weather was warm and insanely humid since the tropical storm was rolling on through. We had some remnants of that after it hit the gulf. We are pretty far inland so didn’t feel it too much, more or less the humidity than anything else.
Saturday- 20.20 miles with my Saturday run club. Still a sticky run but it got done.
Sunday- Sunday funday runday miles and a run streak to hit some numbers. 5.62 miles and some yummy eats from the Greek Food festival. Good times with fam.
