Weekly Running Report.

Hey there and a very happy Monday to ya! Hope you’re having a great start to the week! I’m here to recap some MILES and SMILES! I was able to get in just over 61 miles of running last week. Let’s recap and see how it all went down!

Monday- 7.03 miles in the ‘hood! Love catching up with my neighbor friend over some miles. Now that I’ve made my decision about not running the HUNDO I can just run for sheer enjoyment. That definitely felt so nice. I do have some races in the horizon for 2020 so keeping the fitness up will be good.

Tuesday AM- 5.22 miles solo, picking up the pace a bit towards the end. It was a week of bipolar texas weather again so this run was in 20 degree temps plus windy. Fun fun fun.

Tuesday PM- Double run day miles, 3.02 miles after teaching spin doing some people watching.

Wednesday- 5.32 miles while listening to a podcast. Yet another super chilly morning.

Thursday- 10.12 miles back with the breakfast run club. Love when I’m able to get up super early and knock out double digit miles.

Friday- 10.32 miles with with my neighbor friend. Met her halfway since we live about 3 minutes from each other and helped her get her long run in. She helped me keep a solid pace while we had solid girl talk.

Saturday- 20.12 miles just cuz I felt like it. HA. Good time on my feet run with run pals.

Sunday- REST DAY. Plus weekend eats to follow. Chicken flatbread with balsamic for the win.

And then…the sun came back and all was well in the world. Temps in the 60s and 70s in November. Happy Chelsea.

And there you have it!!

Share your weekend runs/treats/eats with me!
